| VEGFA是血管内皮生长因子家族中最主要的成员，负责调控新生血管的形成。在多种实体瘤中，VEGFA往往过度表达，刺激大量新生血管长入肿瘤，为其给予氧气和营养，从而促进肿瘤的生长与扩散。临床上，贝伐珠单抗等抗血管生成药物顺利获得抑制VEGFA的活性来切断肿瘤的血供，达到抑制肿瘤的效果。 | |
